Hello my name is Rick Davis and I’m a realtor and mortgage broker. I have been in the mortgage business for over 12 years and have been a property investor for almost as long. I finally gave in to temptation and got my real estate sales license about a year and a half ago. I have really enjoyed the real estate a lot more than I thought I would. I have been specializing in helping buyers purchase homes, including distressed and bank owned properties, using government home loans and grants. Due to the recent economy, government homes have begun to more prevalent than in the past and i have gathered information for all of clients to constantly update them on the changes and new programs that become available.
I live in Blaine, MN, its a suburb on Minneapolis for those not around here that maybe reading my blog. I have been married for almost 17 years and have 2 great kids that keep my wife and I running. My wife and I have lived in this area pretty much our whole lives and we really enjoy it.
I started this blog to share some of my thoughts, opinions and facts about the real estate and mortgage mortgage market around the Twin Cities and hopefully help people out with some great information.
